It is my pleasure and privilege to present to Tim Carder the highest recognition available to our employees, the President’s Performance Award, for the support and leadership he provided during a facility emergency in December of 2022.
Tim acted swiftly and with utmost professionalism when a pipe burst in our Metrocenter office, causing extensive damage and halting business operations in a large part of the facility.
He immediately took action and dedicated himself wholly to the project through daily cleanup efforts, rewiring electric systems and leveraging professional relationships to ensure the continuance of RGI business throughout the holiday. He showed true commitment and diligence and exemplified RGI’s core value of “excellence in every undertaking”.
Robert Nelson nominated him for this award, and it was strongly endorsed by Jimmy Patton and myself.
