NASHVILLE, TN – Board Chairman, Ben L. Rechter of Rogers Group Inc., the nation’s largest privately-held aggregate producer and a major roadway contractor, is pleased to announce the appointment of James (Jimmy) A. Patton as its new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Patton’s selection follows an extensive national search that considered both external and internal candidates.
Mr. Patton has over 29 years with Rogers Group and has served the last 14 years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Over the last 16 months, Jimmy has served as Interim CEO the company has continued to experience industry leading safety results,
operational success, and new growth initiatives under his leadership.
Mr. Patton’s career has evolved through a series of financial roles within the company. As President and CEO, effective immediately, he will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at driving national growth through organizational enhancement and expansion.
Mr. Patton holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Belmont University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Vanderbilt University.
