Last weekend, RGI’s Texas operations sponsored the Hereford Livestock Show, which includes a scholarship contest conducted by 4-H and the Future Farmers of America. During the contest, students show animals they have trained and worked hard with all year. They also are judged on the knowledge of the breed of their animal. RGI’s West Amarillo Sand & Gravel donated the sand for the events, including delivery to the venue. This year, over 100 head of livestock were shown at the event.
