For us, industry safety standards are just the starting point—not the goal—and as a result, we are proud to hold one of the best safety ratings in the industry.

How do we achieve these high safety standards? By living our core values: placing the highest value on our employees, demonstrating unwavering integrity, and striving for excellence in every endeavor. Each shift at our plants begins with a dedicated safety meeting where we conduct task safety analyses, review company-wide communications, and discuss incidents and "near misses" to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
