Rogers Group Inc. is the largest privately owned and family-operated construction aggregate, crushed stone, and sand and gravel company in the country. Since 2011, our crushed stone and hot mix asphalt products and our road construction and paving services have been at the foundation for homes, schools, hospitals, highways, and more throughout western North Carolina.

Providing jobs to nearly 100 workers, Rogers Group operates asphalt plants in Hendersonville and Mooresboro (Rutherford County) and a quarry in Mooresboro.

Awards and Notable Projects

The Henrietta Quarry was recently honored with the National Stone Sand and Gravel Association’s Excellence in Community Relations Award for its involvement with the local community. By donating stone to the Sandy Mush Fire Department, Goode’s Creek Baptist Church, Chase High School, and the Cliffside Masonic Lodge, we’re making a lasting impact. In addition to hosting an annual community-wide cookout, the quarry also sponsors numerous events for local sports teams and law enforcement. Donations from Rogers Group helped make playground improvements possible for the Play it Forward program at Atkinson Elementary School in Hendersonville.

Some notable Rogers Group projects include MLK Jr. Drive paving and sidewalk improvements in Asheville, I-26/US-74/NC-108 interchange modifications in Columbus, I-240 pavement rehabilitation, and Highway 74 in Shelby. We also provided base stone for Highway 221 in Rutherford County and the Rutherford Solar Farm in Forest City.
