As with safety standards, federal, state, and local environmental laws are just a starting point for Rogers Group. We challenge ourselves to be industry leaders in dust, noise, water, and vibration control. Protecting the health and safety of our employees and our communities is of the utmost importance. We’re deeply committed to being responsible stewards of the environment and we aim to minimize our plant’s impact on the environment and nearby residential areas.

Before establishing a new plant site or expanding an existing site, Rogers Group management works with local planning boards and agencies to conduct thorough site evaluations and address environmental concerns. Research efforts may include geological surveys, archeological assessments, wetland studies, endangered species surveys, and other specialty reports. Rogers Group actively seeks and places great value on community input.

By listening to our friends and neighbors, we’re able to engage and partner with community leaders, local government, and charitable organizations to make a positive, long-lasting impact. We work closely with city planners and public works officials and maintain an open dialogue with neighbors, local officials, and community leaders. Our area management teams respond to concerns voiced by the community as swiftly as possible.
